Real galleries don’t take returns at $500+ AOV. They earn the sale before it happens, then over-deliver on quality and provenance. Aura does the same — in three concrete promises.
The Wall Mockup
Buying art unseen is the hardest part of buying art. We’ve removed the unseen part — before the order is placed, not after.
Send us a photo of your wall. Within 24 hours we mock up the piece you’re considering at exact scale, in your actual room, against your actual paint and light. Free. No purchase required. You see exactly what arrives before you commit.
The Quality Guarantee
Every Aura piece ships fully insured, hand-signed in the lower right corner, hand-numbered, and packed museum-grade. If anything arrives with a printing defect, packaging issue, or damage in transit — that’s our problem, not yours.
- Defective print: we replace it at no cost, same edition number, fully restored.
- Damage in transit: covered end-to-end by full insurance. Email hello@aurastudio.gallery within 7 days with photos. Replacement organised.
- Packaging fault: same fix — replacement, no restocking, no debate.
We eat damage. You never do.
What we don’t do
We don’t accept change-of-mind returns. Art at $650+ is a considered purchase, not an impulse. The Wall Mockup exists precisely so you can make a serious commitment knowing exactly what arrives.
What we do guarantee, absolutely: the piece you receive matches the quality and scale you saw in your mockup, signed, numbered, registered, and built to last a generation.
Order changes
Orders can be modified or cancelled for full refund within 24 hours of placement. After that, production has begun and the edition is committed.
