Embrace the depths of the unknown with Oblivion.

For the discerning collector, Oblivion transcends mere decor, beckoning a profound introspection and dialogue within your space. Its captivating palette and striking presence evoke an exploration of the unseen, crafting an atmosphere where shadows and light intermingle in a dance of emotional resonance.

This edition features a true black-blue core that anchors the piece, seamlessly transitioning into an electric blue mid, culminating in a magenta-pink edge that radiates vibrancy. The careful layering of these hues creates a dynamic gradient, inviting the viewer to lose themselves in its depths. Crafted with precision, Oblivion is presented in a matte-black float frame, complemented by a museum-grade acrylic glaze that enhances its visual impact.

Oblivion finds its strongest expression in intimate settings—whether it graces a feature wall in a modern living space or serves as a focal point in a gallery-like environment. It pairs beautifully with neutral tones and complementary artworks, enriching the overall mood of the room while evoking a sense of quiet luxury.

Materials & provenance

Built to last a generation. Everything you need to know about this piece.

Paper Hahnemühle Photo Rag 308gsm 100% cotton
Hahnemühle Photo Rag is the reference fine-art paper used by museums and master print studios worldwide. Made from pure α-cellulose cotton, acid- and lignin-free, with a matte surface that holds deep blacks and renders gradient transitions without banding. Naturally archival — rated 200+ years lightfast under indoor display conditions.
Ink Archival pigment, 12-channel print
Printed on a 12-channel Epson SureColor with archival pigment ink set. Wider colour gamut than dye-based printers (especially in the gradient mid-tones we care about), and pigment ink doesn't fade or shift colour over time the way dye does. Lightfast 200+ years against normal indoor light.
Edition Strictly 15 per size. File destroyed at retirement.
Each Aura piece is released in an edition of exactly 15 per size. When the 15th is sold, the digital file is destroyed and the edition retires permanently. We never reprint, never resize an edition mid-run, never release a "limited reprint." The number you receive is real, finite, and your edition position is fixed in the public register.
Signed Hand-signed and hand-numbered, lower right
Every piece is hand-signed in the lower right corner with archival pigment ink before it leaves the studio. The edition number is hand-written in the same hand. No stamped signatures, no printed certificates of "signature equivalence." Your piece carries a real, physical signature.
COA Certificate tied to public edition register
Every Aura edition ships with a numbered Certificate of Authenticity referencing the piece's title, edition number, size, date of release, and a unique register ID. The same record exists on our public edition register. If you ever resell or pass the piece on, the COA + register entry travels with it — providing real provenance for the next collector.
Made in Perth, Western Australia · 2026
Designed, composed, proofed, signed, packed, and shipped from a small private studio in Perth. We work with local Australian framing partners for framed editions. Every piece is touched by the same person who composed it — no third-party fulfilment, no production-on-demand intermediary.
