Shipping policy
Every Aura piece ships fully insured, tracked, and packed for the wall it's going to.
Australia
- Free shipping on all orders over $500 AUD (every Aura edition qualifies).
- Production time: 3–5 business days from order. Each piece is produced to order, signed, and proofed before dispatch.
- Delivery: 2–7 business days after dispatch with StarTrack Premium or equivalent. Tracking sent the moment the piece leaves the studio.
- Packaging: Museum-grade archival tube for unframed editions; rigid double-walled flat-pack for framed pieces. Acid-free interleaving and corner protection on every piece.
- Insurance: Every piece is insured for its full retail value, end-to-end.
International
- Available worldwide. Shipping calculated at checkout based on destination and piece size.
- Production time: 3–5 business days from order.
- Delivery: 7–21 business days depending on destination, via DHL Express or FedEx.
- Customs and duties: May apply at the destination country. Buyer is responsible for any import fees.
- Insurance: Full retail value, end-to-end.
Framed pieces
Pieces ordered framed add 7–10 business days to production time. Frames are sourced from our Perth framing partners — solid timber matte black, washed oak, or float-mounted museum box. Frames are pre-assembled, pre-wired for hanging, and arrive ready to hang.
What you receive
Every Aura piece arrives with:
- The print itself, hand-signed in the lower right corner
- A numbered Certificate of Authenticity tied to our public edition register
- Care & hanging instructions
- A small studio note from the maker
If something arrives damaged
Email hello@aurastudio.gallery within 7 days of delivery with photos. We arrange replacement at no cost. Damaged pieces are covered fully by transit insurance — it's never your problem.
Order changes & cancellations
Orders can be modified or cancelled for full refund within 24 hours of placement. After that, production has begun.
